The NOCE Career Exploration Program helps students identify their interests, strengths, and career goals while learning about education and training options. Students can explore different career pathways, build job-readiness skills, and develop a plan for their next steps. The program is designed to help students make informed decisions about employment, college, and future career opportunities — a perfect first step before Career Technical Education (CTE).
