Health Services

As a registered student at Cypress College you are eligible for basic health services at your Health & Wellness Center (HWC). The Student HWC mission is to support the health, wellness, resilience and thriving of each student. The HWC provides: medical and mental health counseling appointments; resources to on-campus and community resources; referrals for long term care; with the ultimate goal of each student taking responsibility for their own health and well-being.

There is no charge to see the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, MH Counselor, or Nurse. Nominal fees will be assessed for lab tests, immunizations, medications, and special exam procedures.

Appointments are recommended, emergencies will be triaged on arrival.

All students are covered by accident only insurance policy which provides coverage for accidents while on campus during required attendance and while using college- sponsored transportation to and from college activities (private insurance is always primary).

Please come to the Health & Wellness Center located in Building #17, across from Gym 2/old H&W Center site in parking lot #4. Appointments are available in-person or virtual/telehealth.
